I agree. BTW, a number of the hijackers spent significant amounts of time in San Diego. If he was anywhere near as active in his community as he claimed over the years, he may have actually met some of them in the normal course of life. If he did, and prosecutors can prove it (using pictures taken at some routine event, for example), it may not matter how many dozens, hundreds, or thousands were also there: he will have even more trouble.
