Tim, - heck - I'll do one better & ask why sell CIT at all?

- why not line up a $20 bill line of credit & let earnings take care of things?

- in any event, if they let CIT go at $5 bill, the rest of the business is generating $2.20 e.p.s. + whatever debt reduct benefits - that the stock s/b much higher
