Stew, You were one of the main pumpers for Bruce Lewis and the TRKR fraud. You sure have a lot of apologizing to do after your encouraged the lambs to wander into Bruce's slaughterhouse. Sure Bruce is still laughing.
Mike, I just got off the phone with Bruce Lewis and had a long conversation with him.
1. The J. Will $3Mill financing will be completed on the 22nd of this month.
2. Lewis was the guy who invented and put UPC system in the grocery stores in America when he worked for Symbol. That is his connection to Symbol, which is a good one.
3. They are getting lots of inquiries from companies around the US for the Tracker system.
4. As we all know they were nearly broke. When he went to Sony, they said "why should we do business with you, you are almost broke". His response was something like, if you do business with us we won't be(they already have the system developed and paid for). Its like moving into an empty building and the owner of the building has no money. But if someone moves into the building, the owner will have money because the building is already built. This is the situation now with Tracker. Sony agreed to test the product and they love it because they can see it will save them millions of dollars in warranty expenses. Sony deal will a big revenue generator for Tracker.
5. They are the only company in the world that has this product. It is unique.
6. Their system totally eliminates retail fraud. Think of that statement and it's implications for just the retail industry. Because now when a person buys a play station for example, that has Tracker UPC, and trys to bring the unit back for an exchange or refund Sony knows who the purchaser was, when it was bot, how much they paid for the item and Tracker has proven to Sony that they will save millions of dollars in fradulent warranty and refund claims. Sony is very excited about the results they are seeing.
7. They have available 43 billion numbers availavle with their system
8.They sell the numbers from .25cents to 1.50 depending on the product that is being tracked. Since the system is already developed, the profit margin is very high.
9. Their system replaces a human readble codes on consumables like Nikon Cameras, Sony Play Stations etc with a consumer friendly code that completely eliminates the need for a waranty card.
10. Lewis said if you think of all the items that have warranty cards like your car battery, mufflers, it's mind bogling and the ONLY COMPANY WITH THIS SYSTEM IS TRACKER.
11. Lewis made a comment that it may be Intel on the inside but it is Tracker on the outside.
12. Lewis is sending me a video which he says will really explain the product. He is sending it FEDEX today. If you wish to see it, let me know and I will send it on to you after I look at it.
13. Lewis comented that with the financing now complete, they are back on track before the FTC brought them to court. He spent $1,000,000 of his own funds to defend this case, which he believed he was in the right, which he was. Needless to say he is very optimistic and appreciates the interest of us shareholders.
14. The stock IMO is a hell of a buy here.
