But the evidence shows, and this 302 indicates, that Mr. Elgindy did have a meeting scheduled with the broker the next day but that he was calling on the 10th in order to try to effect this transaction," Mr. Breen told the court. The prosecutor confirmed the broker contacted the FBI with the information.
