Out of 2600 people they now have only about 700 left. Guess what these people were doing here? Sequent has been working on IA-64 NUMA since about 1997. IBM bought Sequent to sell IA-64 NUMA. When Merced flopped, IBM told people here to switch to McKinley. Now IBM canned McKinley NUMA too. This doesn't look good for McItanic. Kap
