If he's guilty, they he's guilty

and I would be all for him paying for his misdeeds. Right now we just have accusations. Perhaps some of the accusations are true, perhaps none, perhaps all. Time will tell.

Again, he did a good job busting stock scams. I believe he helped the small investor by exposing these corrupt companies and loser investments. Did he cross the line in his research? We must wait and find out.

I still think this 9/11 accusation is bull. Your argument that he was just trying to look good by trying to help also seems like bull to me. Is everyone who tried to do something positive about 9/11 guilty of just trying to look good? The US is Tony's home and the home of his wife and kids and his mom and brother. It's also the home of his business. He was totally against the terrorists and what they did. I believe they're just tyring to smear him with this racial profiling so they wouldn't grant him bail. If the person accused is not on bail, they're more likely to be convicted. The prosecution knows this. He also can't help with his case too much in jail.

I'm willing to wait and see how the case unfolds before convicting him.
