Greed is why ... he shorted offshore on the OTC which has no transparency and now that transparency is in jeapody and I hear that the form 1040 will be used on discovery through the Rico act for all of his database that have offshore account thus that makes it income tax evades and falsifying tax documents. According to the calls I am getting this could be bigger than Eron because they have it under Rico ... I believe like most that this strategic bust definitely opens up the offshore shorting and numerous people involved in the backdoor ripping off of Americans. Also this is the first Short & Distort I know of which now makes both S&D just as illegal as P&D. I think once the rats decide they should leave the ship more will evolve and I think there maybe a link to bin laden before this is over with though they have not uncovered it yet but they are in the discovery stage right now. Just watching as this unfolds. I grant you some are sweating this and I believe supenoas will be forth coming to his inner circle (tier1), the inner circles inner circle (Teir 2) and the paid memebership & final the email not under subscription... Not counting MMs & Brokers he recruited on shorting a security. Plus he shorts, covers extorts then sends out the word to cover and dumps the extorted shares.
