Gary --- it is probably safe to assume that Tony shorted OTC:bbs offshore....but to say he was not paying his taxes on offshore accounts or falsifying them is another matter. i dont think that you have ANYTHING to support such a claim. its likely that time and testimony will tell. Lazarus
