Ok but the IRS could take the database and compared it to the Tax forms of each individual and see if the offshore box was checked and if not .... NAIL EM just like the IRS did Al Capone... The subscribers, including subscribers in the Eastern District of New York, passed a portion of their profits back to ELGINDY in the form of subscription fees.
