Guilty of what?..of extortion?..no more so than george guilder extorting money from companies to get on his "list" of manipulation? what did blodget, meeker and hundreds of others from wall streets sell side firms do?.. not to mention the front running that hundreds of news letter scamsters did. of fore knowledge of sept 11th attacks?..ohhh please...just another bull shit tactic to inflame the public..have we not learned anything from historys past witch hunts? my opinion:..i think tony is a slime ball with no morals, corrupted by greed just like 95% of wall street..as for his guilt i'll leave that to the jury. btw, i think this is a stupid thread and in closing i don't know why i wasted my time to post here other that i'm fascinated with the human condition that looks to blame others for their own bad decisions.
