I've been using the Step Trocars for 3 months now when they were first introduced at my hospital. Since then most of our other Gynecologic surgeons have begun using them almost exclusively,despite a strong presence of Ethicon. Ethicon tried to come up with a rival trocar but it is a poor substitute. If this catches on in other hospitals as it has in our Columbia/HCA hospital it will be very big! I think as soon as their earnings are in the black (hopefully will be this week in their earnings report) then they'll be getting some serious attention. Many other physicians here are now shareholders. good luck, gb
