MSI, At this point in time, the centralized federal government has a near strangle hold on the citizens. It may take something like a bloodless revolution to start the wheel turning the other direction.
These little wars scattered around the globe that we are participating in, on one degree or another, are just stupid, IMO. We are not the parents of the rest of the world. We cannot solve their problems for them. Shoving dollars down the piss hole, and getting agents wounded or killed, fighting the "so called" drug war in Columbia is a farce. The way to stop drugs in America is to spend that money on law enforcement to catch the major supplier, pushers, and users, and revamp the judiciary to see that they receive adequate penalties, and make sure they stick.
When the hung horse thieves without a trial, the cases of horse theft were significantly reduced. Drastic? Yes. Worth it? Yes.
The type of prayer I am talking about is giving us the determination, and strength, to do what is needed to be done. Given the opportunity, we can take it from there. |
