Really don't like the media's choice of wording. Stock scam? Unless I'm mistaken, Anthony hasn't been charged with ever making false statements about any companies.

Well, other than the obvious alleged insider trading violations using confidential information gleamed from files of active FBI investigations ...

;-)

(page 4) news.findlaw.com

'..coordinated the release of negative, and sometimes false information with short selling in a manner designed to exaggerate the negative market sentiment for the stock.'

latimes.com

'Moreover, in a classic shakedown, Elgindy, Cleveland and Peters used the FBI information to extort payments from companies, threatening to wreck the firms' reputations unless they agreed to pay the traders with company stock, the indictment says.'

Remember, these companies are presumed innocent until proven guilty too during the FBI investigations - but Tony allegedly was quick to use the info to destroy them, or hypocritically cash cash in on the free shares.

I wonder what he told the $600/month subscribers after he was paid-off? ...that we're still short, or my original analysis was mistaken so cover... or, go long so I can cash in my free shares?

At least we know his sources were good!

:-))
