How can you believe "anyone can win if the cards are marked"? What an absolute crock. Was the FBI computer (if used) going to tell him which stocks to short? From what I have read it was done to do background checks on people at companies he was interested in. How does that mark the cards in any way. Lets get a couple of things straight. 1/. The trading ....... does anyone dispute Anthony was an exceptional trader? I was never a member of his site but based on the trades I saw and the reports of members he was exceptional. All the wantobees, usedtomaybees and neverwillbees can come in now they feel safe and try to tear the mans trading down and say "the cards were marked" Absolute garbage! 2/. The Personality ...... there were problems there based on the fall outs the suspensions the anger. Main reason why I never joined his site was I saw a lack of people skills that alarmed me at times and that was only on Public boards 3/. The FBI ...... Would some of the others here have used the information if it was offered. Noting the character and lack of it in some here I would say all would have been tempted and MOST would have seen it as a tool and said OK I need to just check this one little thing and off you go. 4/. The extortion ...... alleged at this time. All I can say is sad if true and simple to prove or disprove. The worrying thing of course is if there were to be an instance I can imagine every CEO he ever pissed off coming to the party 5/. 9/11 ....... Total Crap in my belief. Simple in hindsight to put a few details together and make a claim like that. A mistake that may cause the prosecution harm but also spare a thought for Tonys family who live in a community that is now speculating as to his involvement or prior knowledge of 9/11. If there is no basis for the claim other than what may be Tony living his life with his assets I hope this guy is real proud. 6/. The offshore ...... I am a person with no permanent address. A gypsy work wise and based offshore. Like many I still pay all taxes due. Why assume that others do the wrong thing? Maybe it is because that is what those making the allegations would and maybe do. Somtething that should be looked into! Finally do I believe Tony innocent, set up or a victim. No, I believe that the FBI has done the work especially as it concerns their own and sadly I doubt Tony will return anytime soon. Mary, sorry but I think you are in a place mentally that I hope I never see. I am waiting for "the plane, the plane" However to say he won with a marked deck or come out with crap like some about shorts in general well, it may not be as safe as you think because some are getting pissed off reading the shit!
