Sam... yeah both Comaplex and Cumberland still each have a 22% stake in this property - but it is being held in a state of limbo by WMC, their re-assessing this project, financing and viability. Until then you'll be sitting on your hands.

As for the U.S. quote on CBD, I believe the original poster who created this thread made a mistake when inputting the required information.
