LOL ... I guess only on the internet do people refuse to read thoroughly. If you would read everything in he indictment and what we know from the flight hearing you would not have made such an ignorant post. He shorts, distorts, extorts then P&Ds and obstructs Justic and personally I feel he is guilty of everything he is charged with including market manipulation with his vicious database. All of that is in the indictment if you bother to read it. But then again I read ... Task sooner ... this investigation has been ongoing because he did not have and I quote "a good busines repute" thus refuse licenses to trade securities even back in 1997 when I came to the internet side to trade. He scammed the governemt out of unemplyment and I believe even has a shady past in the securities market. Personally 65 years is a good reward for all he has done and stripped of all assests under forfeture. Love the Rico Act. :-) Gary
