If all the charges in the indictment were true it wouldn’t surprise me. While I didn’t dislike Tony prior to the allegations, honesty and integrity were not terms I would’ve used to describe him. What does surprise me is the linkage with Terrorists. I think the Prosecutor is overreaching on this, so much so that I’m almost rooting for Tony. It seems like grandstanding on the part of the prosecutor and that makes me wonder about the rest of the case.

So who should get the longer prison terms, the user of alleged illegally obtained information or the FBI agents that provided and also profited from it? What if it turns out that Tony knew about 9/11 because the FBI knew? Nah..that’s too ridiculous…

One last thing before I go, the Brent Mudry version of the story is the "cool" version compared to all the other "hot" versions floating around.
