RR, All is well here out west. Business is humming; it occurred to me recently that after only one month, I've started responding with "the usual" when asked how things are. It didn't take long to feel comfortable enough to consider things "normal" with the practice. We're going to college graduation party number three today in our extended families, all within the last week. Barbecues, congratulations, and family time abound.
