Jeff: Re: FBN's press release ...

This just won't do. Corporate press agents are not authorized to release the true meaning of press releases to the general public. It's much more effective if we let the readers determine for themselves how blatant our inaccuracies are.

Consider yourself severely reprimanded.

Now, get busy with the next round of press releases. You know the ones ... where we "inadvertently" mention that the Fortune 100 all use our software, when in reality they've only received a mailer announcing our intent to produce something? Please be extra careful with the wording, since another firm recently used our initial plan. Darn those imitators!

Oh, yes, I almost forgot ... please prepare the announcements regarding our being listed on the NASDAQ, the AMEX, and the NYSE. We want full coverage, you know. It might be best to stagger them ... maybe one a week. When you finish all three, try another round of announcements, but in a different sequence this time.

If you have any suggestions for the IPO wording or pricing, I'd like to hear them. Dig up some scam IPO's from the past for ideas.

Regards,

TED (CEO of FBN, the world's newest Y2K scam)
