I think he knew something was going to happen but maybe not what. Not as positive of a connection as when Hillary called the handler of the Clinton "blind account" and the handler moved the account from long to short in the biotechs the day before the Clintons announced they would try to put price caps on drugs.

Here's one for you. About 25 miles north of me two ME men opened a gas and groceries place in '97. Small town of about 1,000 and served an area of about 3,000 people with no competition. A gold mine.

On Sept.9th they cut their gas prices in half and cleaned out their bank accounts. They were gone on the 10th. I bet they knew something was up.
