Cobalt, here in the state, the government confiscates all property of drug dealers, and in some cases tax evaders, maybe instead of "razing" those properties, Sharon should simply "confiscate" the properties of bona fide terrorists? I am just trying to find a model of disincentive (in lieu of the Saudi/Iraqi incentive of $30,000 to the family of homicide bombers) to become a homicide bomber. Zeev
