Unlike the administration's useless Homeland Defense, we should all be involved in neighborhood watches like WWII, with block captains, education, awareness, reporting methods, preparedness, the whole deal. The reason the administration hasn't done anything useful, and is unlikely to, seems to be part of a principle of governance that is sounding like: "create and maintain an all-powerful central government in the hands of as few people as possible."
I know you will disagree with that, but think about it. What do civilians participate in, in this war, other than being "targets"? |
