Nuclear secrets from liberals? You must be kidding.
Saddham got his from a "classified" report on the Manhattan Project, according the author of "Saddham's Bombmaker", who picked it up from a military library somewhere.

Letting criminals loose on the streets?
We've got the highest inceration rate in the civilized world.

Vigilance? Absolutely ... agree there. Which is part of every citizen's duty, to participate. But I think we're on our own here.

Unlike the administration's useless Homeland Defense, we should all be involved in neighborhood watches like WWII, with block captains, education, awareness, reporting methods, preparedness, the whole deal.
The reason the administration hasn't done anything useful, and is unlikely to, seems to be part of a principle of governance that is sounding like: "create and maintain an all-powerful central government in the hands of as few people as possible."

I know you will disagree with that, but think about it.
What do civilians participate in, in this war, other than being "targets"?
