the sale of above ground stocks such as the federal stockpile is not a conspiracy. If the govt. has the silver and won't sell it, is it a conspiracy to keep the price high. Why is it a conspiracy if they sell and the price goes lower. I think Butler will eventually be right on the price, but his conspiracy theory is nuts.
