Being a former FBI wife...I know how the PC people tie the hands of the bureau until it's their ass we're talking about! Then they'll say ..."How come you didn't tell us beforehand?" No one wants their rights to be withdrawn but no one wants their children, spouse or safety to be in harm's way. Can you imagine checking shoes, taking your nail clippers, or having a body search before 9/11? ( My daughter and her husband took their to children, 7 & 3, to Savannah at Christmas.... they were all searched and the three year old's 'lambie" went through the scanner, was cut open, and returned...only to "waa" softly rather then "baaaa" loudly. He still hates talking about his trip especially when he tries to get to sleep!) PC profiling? You bet! I am relieved when I am now questioned when boarding a plane. But would I have been so understanding prior 9/11? Absolutely not! They say that there are no atheists in a foxhole....but there certainly are no liberals when they are being mugged. Ask Jesse Jackson! LOL! Marie
