I heard him say to Tim Russert some fumbled excuses why the farm bill was "saving money"! That's hilarious. Or at least it would be if that kind of nonsense weren't so accepted by both parties. It's going to get to the point where the GAO is going to have to have a "truth monitor" for everything said by any party, before we'll know it's worth listening in.
