Now that XLNX and ALTR are at Dec 95 levels, (ALTR much lower) I think
true value for ACTL is at 10.5, I personally will purchase the
stock if it hits any number below 10.5. I also think this stock will
one day (may be before end of this year) will test 18-19 level. so my
logic is if I buy the stock at 14 and sell it at 18 the gain is not worth the risk, but at 10 is very sound and value investment.

Let me know if you think otherwise, I think the main issue is how high
actel can get and I can not see it will get above 20 in 6-9 month.
