I agree that proof is absolutely required. What ticked me off about the findings was that A@P was telling folks to unite and buy and NOT sell short, while he was doing the exact opposite.

Whether or not he had prior knowledge, he did attempt to profit from the situation. Nothing illegal about that. However, it is a reflection of his character.
