To get the BP value for "today" wouldn't be so bad - I think one of the fields in the scanning tools is an "OnBullishSignal". So you can write a scan that you can run on your "index" and find the OnBullishSignal count for your index. But to create a chart for this index would be very expensive on our servers and we wouldn't do it.
