Back as recently as 1998 we viewed terrorists merely as criminals and law breakers, Clinton's argument for not taking Bin Laden into custody was that there was "not enough evidence" to convict him... still a sorry excuse because if G.W. were President at the time, I'm convinced he would have taken Bin Laden into custody.....
