was on "The News Hour" on PBS last week and was engaged in debate with James Schlesinger. She pointed to 12 international treaties that we were basically on the wrong side on. From land mines, to biowarfare, to climate, the US is a belligent and infantile bully. She didn't put it quite that way. <g>

I'm watching CNBC. Fascinating television. The media engages in a bout of self-loathing and confession. "The Trust Gap" is certainly indicative of a national leadership run amok. I wonder if that atoll is a tax haven..... hmmmm.<g>
