Perhaps this will be the 2nd conviction for Ashcroft. The first so far is of the alien that came to the FBI to help. This guy, we can get for 'falsely implying'....which appears the only felony charge they have on him. That 'implying' part is really despicable. It sure is great that the Justice department is starting to emulate the justice system of Zimbabwe. You overlooked a benefit he has...he's got a copy of the Koran. He's a Roman Catholic, but if he was somewhere else they wouldn't give him a copy of the Koran. jttmab
