....The stock SCC is awaiting SEC regulations and a clearence from the texan courts hopefully by the summer (2002) everything will be a go. Starting share price should be around 2.50 canadian a share

COMMENTARY:
No matter how one parses this, it still equates to C$0.25 per [old] share even if it does come true. Pretty damn sad, eh?

Wonder which sleezy Alberta/(Vanc?) brokerage will be giving this turkey to broast? Don't think it will be Enzio B's current brkg do ya? haha
