Actually I was starting to look seriously at ILA. Back in 2000 it bounced off $14. The P/S is a ridiculously low 0.06, PE 7.3 and Yield 7.89. There are no brokers left with it as a strong buy. Plus I don't think ILA is involved in any of Enron/California mess.

I've started to look at the brokers ratings to make sure the stock is truly beat down. There's nothing worse than buying value and getting pounded down on downgrades.
