Yes your observation is correct. There are the Arab monarchies such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Morocco etc. Where there are no monarchies the power in concentrated in the hand of a dictator like Saddam, Arafat, Gadaffi, Assad etc. They claim to be Muslims but the strange part is that their Prophet himself decreed that there be no photographic depiction of him, that he not be worshipped but instead it is Allah whom they should. And these very dictators and monarchs have allowed huge banners of their photographs etc. They are no Muslims. |
