Gary,ANTC has a great system called ARRIS for voice over HFC. They are selling alot of their cornenrstone systems around the world,I have seen it pop up in many different areas. Arris is 50-50 ANTC,and NT,the problem with ANTC is its fundamentals and debt as last I looked recently. I think you may be right about ANTC,but its fundamentals have to get better. TCI was their biggest customer and really creamed the crap out of them,now TCI wants them to carry the debt of supplying them with components. ANTC should tell TCI to get lost,dump this loser of a customer and concentrate on a totally new customer base,with a much brader scope. TCI will drag whoever is associated with them down its black hole,remeber its led by an idiot savant named Malone(probably a worse CEO then Amelio at Apple). Hiram
