Sir Auric,

Given the unfortunate circumstances surrounding Mr. Elgindy I'm sure some of us were wondering if you and he ever worked directly together to short a stock at the same time, or if the two of you have ever shared information about shorting stocks privately; or if you ever had foreknowledge of Mr. Elgindy using insider or illegally obtained information concerning a stock that you or he shorted?

Given the gravity of his situation I just thought you might want to set the record straight.
