The Costco near Pentagon City just outside WashDC is busiest weekday evenings. We've always been able to find parking although "they" put in parking ticket booths to cut down on commuter parking. It's free if you park for only a couple hours. Many of the users are street vendors who are restocking for their carts. It's busy enough that they congregate on the far-end checkout lines with pallet-loads. This puts a real premium on the larger carts. RE: gas - the Fredericksburg store is across state Route 3 from a WaWa. If Costco puts in pumps (haven't driven by in a few weeks so don't know if they are), we're hoping for a gas war. 8-)

Harry J.
