Cowboy Bush..."''So you go to a protest, and I drive through the streets of Berlin seeing hundreds of people lining the road, waving,'' Bush said. ''And I'm - look, the only thing I know to do is speak my mind, to talk about my values, to talk about our mutual love for freedom and the willingness to defend freedom.''

What a man of values and bravado...Let's look at the record.

When he had the opportunity to go and have bullets fired at him in Viet Nam he used his father's position to get himself out of harms way...and then he shirked his duty by skipping out of his sworn duty and obligation to attend Air National Guard meetings and he now says he can't remember the specifics of where he was and if he attended these meeting.

Funny....I can remember nearly everyday that I served in the Army.

But now he is in the position to send other young men to their death, he is the bastion of willingness to defend freedom...but Shrub, even on September 11 what did you do? You tried to get out of harms way....I thought desertion of duty in the military was the grounds for military court martial?
