Debka reports that Arafat is angling to control 'reforms' so that he retains control, keeps sending super-terrorists (many imported from Lebanon and Iraq) to attempt major attacks, and btw, assembles an army. Quelle surprise, non?

Reforming the PA with Arafat in charge is like reforming the Ba'ath Party with Saddam Hussein in charge.

Just a time-waster all around -- unless one of the new terrorists has a lucky day. Then we will see Operation Defensive Shield II.
