The Feds have been investigating this case since October. You can assume that they have contacted Silicon Investor during that time frame.

Could the Feds have asked for the information to be deleted for some reason?

Tony could have asked for his posts to be deleted and they may have done that...but would they have deleted yours just because he asked for his to be deleted or if he had asked for yours to be deleted.

If the Feds didn't ask for it, then the circumstances are highly suspect.

You should ask Silicon Investor.
