Or just plain stupid to think accessing the FBI database would not leave records or files in the FBI DBMS program of when and what records they accessed and from what computer(s) or terminal(s) these inquiries originated from.........

Think about it...they had to be computer literate enough to know that they were leaving a trail of their accesses being college graduates and trained by the FBI.

What gets me is how Tony was stupid enough to be suckered into their "sting".

Maybe I have watched too many spy movies or maybe it is because I do not trust the government cause when I was a student a Temple University in Phila. during the late 60's, there were nearby recurring race riots and ongoing student marches against the Vietnam War. The local draft boards were trying to send as many qualified or marginally-qualified males to Vietnam. If you lost your full-time student status for whatever reason, you were going to be drafted as soon as the draft board was notified of your change in status.

In any event, it appears to me, there are "stories" underlying these allegations that we are not yet aware of.

The key shall be if ALL the minutes of the criminal trials re these allegations are going to be "public records". Anyone want to take gentlemen's bets on that big "if"?
