Chinmoy Roy, well said. I should clarify the reasons for stating my reasons for for disliking Khomeini.

IMO Khomeini incorrectly labeled us as the "great Satan" at a time when we were fighting the cold war. Our battle during the cold war was against the true "great Satan", the God-less communist governments.
