Probably a flood of midquarter positive reforcasting by some majors, starting with NVLS this Tuesday, but from the technical point of view, these would only delay a major resizing of the Naz. Every single bounce this year started with very poor technical underpinnings. es, AAII claims that bulls have gone under 30% and bears above 40%, strangely enough, other numbers do not indicate so, and the public is still buying twice as many calls than they are buying puts.
