Your assumptions are correct, except perhaps the slide. Then again, perhaps with a sufficient amount of crisco oil, I could fit my substantial derriere down that narrow slide. The sandbox will remain void of sand for the foreseeable future. I may decide to not put the picnic table in and use the area to make a secret clubhouse. I may even let JXN use it sometimes.
