This will be my first, and last, post on this topic...
Anyone that knows me is well aware of my views towards Pristine. Unfortunately, you have lost all credibility in the past year with your posts, that some would describe as ranting and raving. As a result, I think you will have difficulty getting much cooperation from anyone, even those that may otherwise strongly believe in your cause.
I'll list a few reasons why I feel this way, along with links to your one or two of your posts:
1) You believe that anyone and everyone that has ever had a business in this industry is the bad guy. This is not the case. While there are a huge number of slimebags in this industry, there are also quite a large number of ethical, hard working people and businesspeople... Yet you make no effort to separate the two, smearing anyone and everyone.
2) You apparently don't like to let facts stand in the way of telling a good story. If you'd only stick to the facts, you would likely get much more support... Instead, you tend to publish things as fact, when they are totally inaccurate. This makes you look almost as guilty and reckless as the 'bad guys' you are justifiably trying to expose.
This is a widespread problem with you that has affected many others. However, I'm sure that my network of friends and acquaintances in the industry would prefer if I left them out of this discussion. Instead, I'll simply point out the errors you have already made pertaining to me, while implying that they were 'fact':

I was never an employee of Pristine, although I did have some business dealing with them for six month in late 1999. I'm not sure this would be considered a "longtime" by most standards.

Why, Ollie, why? Why ruin your credibility by stating that Pristine 'sponsers' this thread? Why ruin your credibility by stating that this thread 'touts' a chat site (Pristine's chat site, implied). The readers of this thread know that neither is the case, rendering your impression to be that of an uninformed or careless boob. This being the case, many that would otherwise want to publically support your cause may have second thoughts... not wanting to be seen aligning themselves with someone that can't keep their facts straight, or doesn't care to.
3) Your constant threats to others become tiresome. Although this is also likely widespread, I believe I lost credibility in you last year with your posts in the following thread: #subject-51389. You made it clear in this thread that you wanted information for your lawsuit(great), but then would attack and question the motives of those that posted legitimate questions or comments on the thread.
In any case, I have definitely run across more than my share of slimebags in this industry, and agree with cause of stamping them out. However, I think your cause would be better served by being led by another person at this point, due to the reasons I have pointed out.

I would request that after posting whatever reply, if any, you see justified, you will return this discussion to it's home thread (#subject-51389) and not continue its discussion on this thread.
