Phoenix memo, in August, was marked "routine" by the agent who wrote it guaranteeing it would not percolate fully for over sixty days. The agent who wrote the memo has stated he himself never anticiapted or imagined of anything like 9/11. Rowley memo speaks more the FBI culture Mueller needs to reform. This culture is the direct result of the politicization of the DOJ and FBI. The problem will not be solved overnight nor will it be solved by pointing fingers at those who were really not in a position to influence the 9/11 events.....
