Two bombings of the WTC sounds like failure to me. The second bombing completely destroyed it.

That's quite a bit less than 100% protection of the most visible symbol from the most-wanted terrorist, who still has been let slip away, after legions of spooks and military have been after him for years.

The "enemies" of the administration sounds like anyone that threatens not to vote for them. The term "enemy" was your word not mine.

It sounds like we're back to the days of Nixon and his "enemies list"
