"fairness, discretion and tact", means something other than disputing the premises of the administration, I hope, but even if it didn't, a Nixon-style "enemies" label distracts from focus on the real enemy.
For example, does it mean, as Cheney said, it is disloyal and unpatriotic to questioning the plans of the administration?
You say hostility "towards this Administration", I presume about bringing up questions of trading with the enemy, profiteering in this war, etc. If you include me, I'd be happy to drink a beer with any of these guys, they're intelligent and have interesting responses to the issues we are in disagreement on. But the policies not only won't work, they are illegal and not in the interests of the rest of the Americans that pay for them in lives and way of life.
