Once again, I'm with W. Safire on this one. A few thousand people dead and a $Trillion or so of economic damage and you would like to just hush it up. Good for you.

You're also probably keen on the Bush administration stopping the procuring of weapons grade plutonium from the Russians. That way if rogue countries or terrorists get a hold of it...you can cheer that Ashcroft and Ridge were right.
