I did go back and find a few posts by A@P that supported my statement. A@P made bearish statements and was in bearish comments for many months before the attacks. One conversation had a Dow target of 2500. This was when the dow was at 10,500. I believe that the gov't has to follow up on the allegations, but I think that it is wrong that they are smearing him without any real evidence. Even if he is found not guilty of all charges, this man's ability to make a living has been wiped out. Due process is being trampled in his case (WRT the ties to terrorists at least).
